1. Season pork loin fillet with Dizzy Pig SPG Garlic.
2. Cook at 375 degrees F.
3. After 10 minutes, glaze with Char-Sui sauce.
4. Flip the loin fillet and glaze the other side.
5. Cook for another 10 minutes.
6. Flip every 2 minutes until an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
