Orange Marinated Bone-In Pork Loin Chops


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Meyer Heritage Duroc Bone-In Pork Loin Chops
  • 3 tbsps Olive oil
  • 2 cups Orange juice
  • 2 tbsps Orange zest
  • 1 clove Garlic (diced)
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp Reload Rub Fully Loaded

Preparation

1. Place ingredients in a container and marinade pork chops overnight in mix.

2. Set up grill for two zone cooking method.

3. Cook pork chop indirectly until 125 degrees F then place directly over heat source until 145 degrees F.

4. Rest pork chop for 10 minutes before serving.
