Sausage Potato Hash


  • 5 Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Traditional Pork Breakfast Links
  • 2 1/2 tsps Olive oil
  • 2 Potatoes (cubed, peeled)
  • 1 Sweet onion (diced)
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 Green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
  • Red pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat. 

2. Once the oil is heated, add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until they’re halfway cooked through.

3. Add the onion and sauté until soft.

4. Once the onion has softened, add in the sausage links, peppers, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
