1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat.
2. Once the oil is heated, add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until they’re halfway cooked through.
3. Add the onion and sauté until soft.
4. Once the onion has softened, add in the sausage links, peppers, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy!
