Bacon Stuffing Muffins


Ingredients

  • 10 ozs Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Bacon (chopped)
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 2 Celery stalks (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp Dried sage
  • 1/4 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 cups Broth
  • 10 ozs Stuffing breadcrumbs (cubed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Cook bacon in a large skillet.

2. Add onion and celery and let cook until softened, stir in seasoning. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing. 

3. Add broth and stir until combined. 

4. Transfer to a greased muffin tin and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. 

5. Serve and enjoy warm!
