Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwiches with Slaw


  • 2 Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Loins
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
  • 1 Chicken bouillon cube (mixed with 2 cups of boiling water)
  • BBQ sauce (any favorite or make your own according to ingredients listed)
  • 1 pkg Pre-made broccoli slaw mix
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Jalapeño jelly (optional)


1. Add two packages of pork loin to the crock pot and season both sides with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add your bouillon mixture to the crock pot. Cook on high for 3 hours or until soft and easy to shred with a fork.

2. Once pork loins are cooked, remove them from the crock pot.

3. Shred the pork loins using a fork in a bowl.

4. Add 1/2 cup of broth from the crock pot and your favorite BBQ sauce to the shredded pork loin. Mix all together.

5. Serve the pork mixture on your favorite bun and top it off with broccoli slaw!
