BBQ Pork Grilled Cheese


  • 4 ozs Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Loin Fillet (sliced)
  • 3 tbsps Butter (softened, divided)
  • 2 slices Sourdough or 12-grain bread
  • 4 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • Red onion (5 rings, sliced)


1. Spread half of the butter over 1 side of each bread slice. Lay 2 slices, butter side down, on work surface; layer cheese, pork loin, add BBQ Sauce and sliced onion. Cap with remaining bread, butter-side up.

2. Melt remaining butter in large skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches, turning once, for about 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
