1. Liberally coat fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the pork, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin and brown the pork, about 10 minutes.
4. Add in the OJ and lime juice, stirring until the sauce has thickened.
5. Season with additional salt and pepper.
6. Serve with tortillas and your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
