Skier’s Pork Sausage Skillet


  • 1 pkg Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Maple Pork Breakfast Links
  • 4 Granny Smith apples (peeled, quartered)
  • 2 tbsps Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large skillet, fry the sausages over medium-high heat until almost cooked or heated through. 

2. Then, add in the apple wedges and toss with the brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt. 

3. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes covered until apples are tender. Enjoy!
