Bacon Muffin Pan Eggs on the Grill


  • 1 pkg Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Bacon (cooked and diced)
  • 1 pkg Eggs
  • 2 Bell peppers (seeded, diced)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)


1. Preheat grill to 400F.

2. Grease muffin pan. Crack an egg in each muffin compartment. If making the scrambled egg pancetta, lightly beat the egg after cracking it into the muffin pan.

3. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients for the type of muffin you're making over the top of each egg.

4. Carefully place entire muffin pan on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes. Check periodically and use a fork or butter knife to remove egg muffins from muffin pan when whites are set, and yolks are cooked to your liking. Serve to your family in the backyard for a fun and easy breakfast for dinner!
