Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts


  • 10 ozs Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Bacon (cut into thirds)
  • 2 cans Whole water chestnuts (8-ounce cans, drained)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsps Soy sauce


1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 

2. Wrap each slice of bacon around a water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place in a 9x13 baking dish then set aside. 

3. Whisk the brown sugar, bbq sauce, and soy sauce together to create a sauce. Brush the sauce over each bacon wrapped water chestnut then bake for 30 minutes, brushing with the remaining sauce halfway through. 

4. Enjoy immediately!
