1. Rub the chops with seasoning.
2. Grill on high direct heat and flip every 30 seconds until internal temp is 145 degrees. Add cheese to melt before you remove from grill.
3. Layer bun with tomato, lettuce, pork chop, then smother with sauce.
4. Place bun top on and serve!
