1. Grill your flat bread on both sides to get it nice and crispy
2. Precook your ground pork with salt, pepper, garlic powder and fennel. Also precook your bacon, and your peppers and onions by sautéing in a pan.
3. Add pizza sauce, ground pork, pickled jalapeños, bacon, peppers, onions, and chopped basil, then mozzarella cheese and place in your oven or grill at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is nice and hot!
4. Top flat bread with a drizzle of BBQ sauce to finish.
