Ground Pork Sausage Queso Dip


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Meyer Heritage Duroc Ground Pork Sausage (browned, drained )
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (20-ounce can)
  • 1 can Corn (15.25-ounce can)
  • 32 ozs Velveeta cheese
  • 8 ozs Cream cheese
  • Fresh cilantro leaves (1 bunch, chopped)
  • Avocado, Roma tomato, Colby Jack cheese, Tortilla chips (garnish, for serving)

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours or until melted.

3. Stir until well blended.

4. Garnish with extra toppings. Enjoy!
