Raspberry Jalapeño & Jalapeño Cream Cheese Sauce Bone-In Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Bone-In Pork Chops
  • RASPBERRY SAUCE:
  • 1 Raspberry Habanero Preserves (10-ounce jar)
  • 2 Fresh jalapeños (diced)
  • CREAM SAUCE:
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese
  • 2 Fresh jalapeños (julienne style)
  • 2 tbsps Jalapeño jelly

Preparation

1. Pat dry your bone-in pork chops.

2. Season both sides with a pinch of salt.

3. Grill each side for about 6 minutes or until your pork reaches internal 145 degrees.

4. Add the sauce on top of your done pork chop while still on the grill and close the lid for a minute or so. This really helps the sauce to set into the pork chop.

Raspberry Jalapeño Sauce:

Sauté the jalapeños in a pan until they soften and then add the raspberry preserves. Bring it to a boil and then keep it on low stirring often.

Jalapeño Cream Cheese Sauce:

Sauté the jalapeños in a pan until they soften and then add the cream cheese and jalapeño jelly. Continue stirring on low until cheese melts.
