Pork & Potato Hash


  • 1 lb Meyer Heritage Duroc Ground Pork
  • 2 cups Red potatoes (cubed)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Reload rub to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Boil potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until softened.

2. Add pork to cast iron skillet over medium heat. Season pork with Reload Rub and salt & pepper. Cook until fully browned and no longer pink. 

3. Reduce heat. Add potatoes and 2 eggs when close to desired doneness.

4. Cook until eggs are set. Serve immediately, enjoy!
