Hickory Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bundles


Ingredients

  • 5 slices Meyer Heritage Duroc Pork Hickory Uncured Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lbs Asparagus spears
  • Fresh chives (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Toss the asparagus spears in the black pepper and olive oil.

3. Divide the asparagus into even bundles.

4. Wrap the bundles with bacon slices.

5. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until bacon is crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
